Using fabric donated by Smith-Owen in 2010 and other fabric in our donation stash, she has developed six kits, each containing fabric and a pattern to create one block . Blocks may be put together or kept separate. Each person is encouraged to “make it their own.” Kits are sold for fundraising and educational purposes. Chris Albrecht & Cheryl Brushman agreed to help with this project too.
Rhea Mae Hubbel Feed sack expert & crazy lady quilter, it was her idea to have the quilt show in the first place. This year, the first 4 Thursdays in September, Rhea Mae has organized a Crazy Quilting Class at 1pm.

Barbryallen Spoelman Crazy Lady Quilter and Marathoner
Darla Parks, Featured Quilter (the director likes to invite someone from outside the Crazy Ladies Circle to be the featured quilter, the Crazy Ladies are always featured, but to have someone from outside the group featured also brings new people to the show) Darla is the owner of Elegant Stitches in Grand Haven, Michigan. She is a very talented long arm quilter. Darla will be demonstrating Gammill Long Arm Quilting machines the evening of September 29th at the Coopersville Farm Museum. 616-607-8122
Mary Dyke, member of Allendale Quilter’s Guild, member of the Coopersville Farm Museum. 837-6460 Mary has agreed to visit various quilt shops in the area and try to collect donations/contributions for the show. She and her sister in law, Vicki Potgeter, have agreed to provide the fabric and put together kits for the challenge again this year! Mary is also seeking up to 9 bolts of fabric donations for the Quilter’s Marathon.
